Order Information

Most of our plants are of limited quantity, so please e-mail us first to check for availability.

Shipping Charges: Please add $7.00 for packing and shipping for orders less than $100.00.  Shipping is free for orders over $100.00 via US Postal Service Priority Mail.  We now could also ship your order FEDEX next day, but you would have to pay the shipping cost.

Method of Payment:  We now accept Visa, Master Card, American Express,  personal check, or money order.  For credit card payment, please call in your credit card number after 6:00 pm pacific time, ask for Nenita.  This is just temporary, until we are fully set-up to get your credit card number on-line.
We will ship your order upon receiving your payment or credit card number.
For Washington residents, please add the 7.75 % tax.

Our Guarantee:  We will not deposit your check until you have received the plant and have e-mailed us saying it is acceptable to you.  This should be done within 1 week upon receipt of your order.  If for any reason, the plants are unacceptable, simply ship the plant back in its original box and we will send the check back to you, refund your credit card, or give you another plant.
